Actor Coaching, Body & Accent Work

There are online Los Angeles Workshops in a classroom setting.  Includes Accent Reduction and Standard American Accent, One on one Acting coaching for major audition roles.  Delivered either online, face to face or a combination of both.

3 MONTH PROGRAM

In this workshop we look at the structure of a script from the writers perspective to understand the story in terms of theme, style, tone, plot and sequences.  Then we can apply more dynamic objectives, actions, secrets and obstacles to our character roles and discovering those gold nuggets in a script.​  It is important to break down a script to understand your character and their place in the story. It is encouraged that the actor explores the writers perspective of the character as it is written before creating a backstory to ensure it correlates to essence of the story and character. ​

6 week - Introductory ACTING CLASS

We all have an accent. The film and television industry in America have developed a 'Newscaster Accent' or the 'Standard American Accent' which is an accent understood throughout the country. Our workshop is designed to help modify your speech to the 'Standard American Accent'.
